1. How do I contact Robobop regarding my order?

You can reach our support team by email at support@robobop.co.uk.
To assist you faster, please include your:

  • Order number or tracking number

  • Email and phone number used during checkout

2. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
If you order after 5:00 PM GMT or during the weekend, it will be handled the next working day.

3. What shipping methods do you use?

We provide tracked shipping to the UK with reliable international couriers.
Shipping is free, and you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days, including handling and transit.
Times may vary based on location or courier conditions.

5. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please email us at support@robobop.co.uk as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. What if I don’t receive my order?

First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If the tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received it:

  • Contact your local courier

  • Then email us with your order details so we can assist further

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 3 working days at support@robobop.co.uk.
Include photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number.

8. When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will issue your refund within 24 hours to the original payment method.
Please retain your return tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

9. What if I can’t pay by credit card?

We currently accept:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

All payment methods are secure and encrypted. If you're having issues with card payment, we recommend using PayPal as an alternative.

10. Will an invoice be included in my package?

Invoices are not included in shipments.
If you need one, email support@robobop.co.uk and we’ll send you a digital copy.
